Influence of Electromagnetic Fields of Low Intensity and Frequency on Alpha – Amylase Enzyme and Proteins in Rat Blood

چکیده

Two lots of white rats ( Wistar ) were treated for 5 days and respectively 10 days with low intensity and frequency electromagnetic field (100 Hz, 2.7 mT) discontinuous applied ( 3 second action and 1 second break). Other two lots of rats were untreated controls for 5 and respectively 10 days. The treatment induced an intensification of α – amylase enzyme activity from rats blood serum, comparatively with the control batches, correlated with an increase of serum proteins, with a rate depending on treatment duration.
